Senior (2015-16): (Cross Country) Competed in all five meets on the year... Posted a season-best time of 29:08.1 at the ODAC Championship on October 31... (Indoor) Ran the 800m and mile in the indoor season… Ran the mile in 4:56.49 at the ODAC Championships… (Outdoor) Finished third in the 1,500m at the NSU Twilight with a time of 4:31.90… Ran the 1,500m in 4:27.90 at the ODAC Championships.
Junior (2014-15): Made his mark at the end of the season yet again, running the 1500M in 4:31.38.
Sophomore (2013-14): Set his top mark in the mile in indoor competition at the CNU Holiday Open… Added collegiate bests in the 8K and 5K during cross country season.
Freshman (2012-13): Set a personal best in the 800M at the ODAC outdoor championships with a time of 2:02.49.

Before VWC: Competed in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and field… Captain of all three sports 2010-12… All-Southeastern District cross country as a junior and senior… Indoor All-Southeastern District in the 1000 and 1600 as a junior and senior… All-Eastern Region in the 4x800 relay… Outdoor All-District, All-Region and All-Virginia in the 4x800 as a senior… Career best times: 2:40.38 (1000), 16:41.82 (5000), 2:01.84 (800), 4:37.72 (1600), 49:54 (8 mile).
