The Athletic Communications Department at Virginia Wesleyan University is comprised of one members of the VWU Athletics Staff, Tyler Costello, Director of Athletic Communications.
All visiting media should reach out no later than 24 hours prior to a contest if traveling with the team so arrangements can be made for your visit. If you're sending a photographer, please allow 24 hours notice as well. Visiting radio and video requiring internet or phone connections should contact Director of Athletic Communications, Tyler Costello, at least three days prior to the requested contest to ensure connections will be in place on game day.
