Senior (2016-17): (Indoor) Competed in the 200m, 400m, and 800m… Won the 800m at the ODAC Championship (1:56.56) and the Finn Pincus Invitational (1:58.72)… Served on a 4x400m relay team that finished second at the ODAC Championship with a time of 3:27.40… (Outdoor) Ran the 400m and 800m in the spring… Ran a career-best of 48.44 in the 400m at the Mideast Invitational… Finished in third at the Commonwealth Duals with a career-best time of 1:54.70 in the 800m… Also ran on the 4x100 and 4x400m relays.
Junior (2015-16): (Indoor) Ran the 200m, 400m, and 800m in the indoor season… ODAC Champion in the 400m with a time of 50.44… Also anchored the ODAC-winning 4x400m team with a time of 3:21.96… (Outdoor) Anchored a school record-setting performance in the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Championships with a time of 3:18.12… Helped the 4x100m team finish second at the ODAC Championships… Placed third in the 400m with a time of 49.48 at the league championships.
Sophomore (2014-15): (Indoor) Racked up the titles in the indoor season… Won the 4x200m relay at the Captains Invitational & Combined Events… Champion in the 4x400m relay at the Kent Taylor Invite and ODAC Indoor Championships… ODAC Indoor Champion in the 400m with a time of 50.27… (Outdoor) Set season bests in the 200m, 400m, and 800m in the outdoor season… ODAC Outdoor Champion in the 400m with a time of 49.53… Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:21.27.
Freshman (2013-14): (Indoor) Placed second in the 400m in just his second collegiate meet, at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational, with a time of 53.70… Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Indoor Championships… (Outdoor) Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Outdoor Championships… Season best of 51.04 in the 400m came at the Colonial Relays in early April.
Before VWC: 2013 all-district and all-region honoree in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays… 2013 all-state honoree in the 4x400, placing eighth with a time of 3:28.13… Recipient of the Coaches Award and Captain Award… 2012 all-district in the 400 meter dash… Posted a career-best time of 52.41 in the 400… Also competed in basketball.
