Senior (2015-16): (Indoor) Multi-event athlete that competed in eight different events in the indoor season… Set a new best with 3,100 points in the heptathlon at the Captains Invitational… Set a new personal best in the pole vault at the Captains Invitational with a height of 4’ 11.75”… (Outdoor) Focused solely on the pole vault in the spring season… Topped out at 12’ 6.25” at the ODAC Championships to finish third in the event.
Junior (2014-15): (Indoor) Finished third in the shot put at the Captains Invitation & Combined Events with a toss of 34’ 11.25”… Placed tenth in the 1,000m with a time of 3:22.23 at the same meet… Seventh-place finish at the ODAC Indoor Championships in the pole vault with a 9’ 10” mark… (Outdoor) Threw the javelin a season-best 101’ 5” at the 2015 Colonial Relays… Nearly hit that mark at the ODAC Outdoor Championships with a 100’ 10” heave.
Sophomore (2013-14): (Indoor) Won the shot put at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational with a throw of 33’ 10”… Finished fourth in the shot with a heave of 33’ 2” at the Captains Invitation & Combined Events… (Outdoor) Finished fourth in the discus at the Commonwealth Duals with a toss of 101’ 0”.
Freshman (2012-13): (Indoor) Placed ninth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 11.16 seconds at the Captains Invitational & Combined Events… Threw the shot put a season-best 28’ 1” at the Ursinus College Indoor Open… (Outdoor) Part of a team that finished seventh in the 4x400m relay at the Commonwealth Duals with a time of 3:44.05… Expanded his events into the high jump, pole vault, and javelin.
Before VWC: Competed in wrestling at Ocean Lakes… Compiled a 24-5 record as a junior… Placed sixth in District competition in the 152 pound weight class.
