Sophomore (2015-16): (Cross Country) Competed in four meets as a sophomore... Set a career best with a 24:53.5 mark in the ODAC Championship to place 23rd... Finished eighth in the ODAC Preview Meet on September 11... (Indoor) Focused on the mile in the indoor season… Posted a time of 5:48.34 in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open … (Outdoor) Ran the 800m and 1,500m in the spring… Broke the 800m tape in 2:32.16 at the ODAC Championships… Ran 5:43.57 in the 1,500m at the Aggie Invitational.
Freshman (2014-15): Competed in the indoor and outdoor track seasons… Set her best in the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational in the indoor season… Ran her top mark in the 1500M outdoor season at the ODAC championships, finishing eighth in the event.

Personal: Daughter of Lola McDonald… Has five siblings: Clifford, Clifford, Clifford, Mackinzie and Shadae, the latter a student at Winston-Salem State University.
