Junior (2016-17): (Indoor) Competed in the mile in the indoor season… Ran a time of 4:54.94 in the mile at the Artie O’Connor Invitational… (Outdoor) Ran the 1,500m in spring… Posted a time of 4:34.93 in the 1,500m at the Liberty Collegiate Invite.
Sophomore (2015-16): (Cross Country) Set a personal best on the year with a time of 29:26.3 in the ODAC Championship on October 31... (Indoor) Ran the mile and competed in an occasional relay in the winter season… Posted a time of 4:52.29 in the mile at the ODAC Championships to finish 15th in the event… (Outdoor) Specialized in the 1,500m in the outdoor season… Ran a time of 4:33.55 at the ODAC Championships… Finished sixth in the event at the NSU Twilight.
Freshman (2014-15): Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track… Set his 8K best at the NCAA South Regional… Placed ninth in the 4x4 relay at the Vince Brown Invitational.
