Senior (2015-16): (Indoor) Ran the 200m and 60m hurdles in the indoor season… Set a new personal best with a 9.14 in the 60m hurdles to finish eighth at the ODAC Championships… Part of an ODAC Championship 4x400m team that broke the tape in 3:21.96… (Outdoor) Finished in the top three in three different events at the ODAC Championships… Won the 4x400m with a time of 3:18.12 that broke a school record… Finished second in the 4x100m relay with a mark of 42.98 in addition to a second place finish in the 400m hurdles, crossing in 54.90.
Junior (2014-15): (Indoor) Transitioned into a hurdler as a junior… Finished seventh at the ODAC Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.28… (Outdoor) Finished fifth in the 110m hurdles and eighth in the 400m hurdles at the Dr. Harry Jopson Track and Field Invite in late March.
Sophomore (2013-14): (Indoor) Focused on just the 200m and 400m in the indoor season… Finished second in the 200m at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational… Member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Hampton Invitational… (Outdoor) Continued to perform well on the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams… Ran the 100m, 200m, and 400m in the spring.
Freshman (2012-13): (Indoor) Solid first-year jumper, leaping 19’ 10.75” in the long jump at the Captains Invitational & Combined Events... (Outdoor) Set personal bests in the 100m (11.61) and 200m (23.14) in the spring season… Part of a third place 4x400m team at the ODAC Outdoor Championships.
Before VWC: Competed in track and field and cross country… Named the Most Valuable Player in cross country as a senior… Jumper and sprinter in track… Posted a career best of 20-8 in the long jump as a senior and 36-3 in the triple jump as junior.
