Senior (2015-16): (Indoor) Ran the 200m and 400m in the indoor season but specialized in relays… Part of an ODAC Champion 4x400m relay team that posted a time of 3:21.96… (Outdoor) Finished sixth in the 200m and 400m at the Commonwealth Duals… Part of an ODAC Championship 4x400m relay team that set the school record with a time of 3:18.12.

Junior (2014-15): (Indoor) Picked up the 800m in the indoor season as a junior… Ran a 2:13.55 800m at the Vince Brown Invitational… Won the 4x400m relay at the Kent Taylor Invite… Also ODAC Champion in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:28.02… (Outdoor) Ran the 400m in the outdoor season while serving as a leg on the 4x400m relay team… Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Outdoor Championships.

Sophomore (2013-14): (Indoor) Finished third in the 400m at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational while also placing second in the 4x400m relay at the meet. (Outdoor) Set a personal best in the 400m with a time of 51.84 at the Aggie Invitational on April 12.

Freshman (2012-13): (Indoor) Stepped on campus and immediately slid into a spot on the 4x400m relay team while running the 400m races as well… Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the Mason-Dixon Conference Indoor Championships and ODAC Indoor Championships… (Outdoor) Ran a time of 52.30 in the 400m at the Duke Invitational… Helped the 4x400m relay team with the Mason-Dixon Conference Outdoor Championships.

Academic Accomplishments: Academic Dean’s Scholarship recipient.

Before VWC: Competed in indoor and outdoor track and field, volleyball, and basketball at Norfolk Christian… Recorded a season-best times of 25.37 in the 200 meter run, 54.3 in the 400, and 2:30.48 in the 800 in outdoor track… Placed 15th in the 400 in the 2012 Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association's state championship meet.

Personal: Son of Gloria and Marquis Sivels… Parents attended Norfolk State University, College of Albemarle, Tidewater Community College, and Elizabeth City State University… Has one sister, Dianna.
