VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia - The Virginia Wesleyan University women's lacrosse team fell to the Hornets of Shenandoah University on Saturday afternoon in ODAC conference action at Birdsong Field in Virginia Beach, VA.

• The Marlins defense continued to fight in the second half holding Shenandoah to 13 shots on which eight goals were scored.
