Before VWU: Played softball, volleyball, and field hockey at Hampton High School… Member of the JROTC.

Personal: The daughter of Carol Jenkins… Has six siblings: Johnnice, Chanel, Sharmain, Nicole, Karla, and Kristina… Sister, Chanel, ran track at Stockton.
