Sophomore (2016-17): (Indoor) Ran the 800m and mile in the indoor season… Ran the 800m in 1:59.33 at the Artie O’Connor Invitational to finish 11th… Won the 800m and the 4x400m relay at the CNU Quadrangular… Part of a 4x400m relay team that finished second at the ODAC Championship with a time of 3:27.40… (Outdoor) Competed in the 800m as well as the 4x400m relay… Ran the 800m in 2:00.41 at the Liberty Collegiate Invite… Finished fifth in the 4x400m relay at the Commonwealth Duals.
Freshman (2015-16): (Cross Country) Ran in three 8K races and a 5K race on the season... Posted a time of 32:40 in the ODAC Preview Meet on September 11... (Indoor) Ran the 800m, mile, and multiple relays in the indoor season… Broke the tape in the 800m in 2:06.30 at the Ken Taylor Invitational… (Outdoor) Added the 1,500m in the spring season, in addition to running the 800m… Posted a 1,500m time of 4:41.34 at the W&L Carnival… Set a new best with a 2:01.47 in the 800m at the ODAC Championships.
Before VWU: Team captain in high school… Received the Coaches’ Award in cross country and MVP in track… A/B honor roll each semester of high school career… Broke the 4x800m and 4x400m school records in indoor and outdoor track.
