Freshman (2016-17): (Indoor) Participated in the shot put and weight throw in the indoor season… Finished sixth in the shot put at the Artie O’Connor Invitational… Set a season best of 30’ 0” in the weight throw at the ODAC Championship… (Outdoor) Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin in the spring… Set season bests in the hammer (66’ 8”) and javelin (89’ 9”) at the Commonwealth Duals… Finished ninth in the shot put at the ODAC Championship with a distance of 42’ 0.5”.

Before VWU: Named a two-time all-state, six-time all-region, and seven-time all-conference selection at North Stafford High School… Participated in two different Junior Olympics… Played football at North Stafford… Participated in the marching band and percussion ensemble.
