First-Year (2014-15): Competed in the indoor and outdoor track seasons… Set her best in the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational in the indoor season… Ran her top mark in the 1500M outdoor season at the ODAC championships, finishing eighth in the event.

Academic Accomplishments: Presidential Scholarship recipient

Before VWC: Recorded a personal best 5K time of 23:52 in the Virginia High School League Group 5A South regional cross country championships… Female Newcomer Award recipient in cross country in 2012… Most Improved Award recipient in cross in 2013 at Matoaca.

Personal: Daughter of Lola McDonald… Has five siblings: Clifford, Clifford, Clifford, Mackinzie and Shadae, the latter a student at Winston-Salem State University.
