 Sophomore (2013-14): Achieved his top mark in the mile with  a time of 4:51.44 in the indoor season... Won the 4x800 relay at the Captains  Invitational & Combined.
 First-Year (2012-13): Set his career best  in the steeple with a time of 10:57.6 in the outdoor season... Also set bests in  the 800M and 1500M during that outdoor campaign.

- My favorite aspect of being an athlete is: "the  comradery that comes with being part of a team.  I think building a relationship  with your fellow teammates both on and off the field is one of the most  rewarding aspects of being an athlete."
- The part of my game I've improved the most  is: "racing in the 1600 and 3200."
- My personal athletic goal at VWC is: "to compete  to the best of my abilities, continuously improving myself, and contribute to  the most to my team that I can."
- If I could spend one day with a famous person from any time  period it would be: "Ronald Reagan. I would choose Reagan because  he is my favorite president and because he accomplished so much in his  life."
- If I could participate in a reality show it would  be: "Wipeout, because I think it would be hilarious to try to  compete on the show."
- If I could possess one superpower it would  be: "telekinesis. It would just be a really handy power to have.  If you needed something from across the room all you would have to do is use  your mind to bring it to you."
