Before VWC: Recorded a season-best discus distance of 90 feet, 11 inches as a senior and a season-best shot put distance of 31-5… Also competed in football… Football team captain as a senior… Rappahannock News Scholar Athlete of the Year 2013… Recipient of the 2013 track team's Leader Award… Also wrestled for Rappahannock County… Class Valedictorian… Mountain Vista Governor's School graduate… Senior Class president… National Honor Society member… National Society of High School Scholars member… Member of the Chester Gap Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company.
