The Virginia Wesleyan University women's swimming team finished second at Bridgewater with a score of 97 points behind Bridgewater's 146, and ahead of Hollins 10.

Chloe Scott took first in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:47.30, and teammate Lora Young was second with a time of 2:54.00. 

Scott won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:14.02. 

Lauren Hendricks placed first in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:03.35, Sarah Czapp was fourth with a time of 1:06.43, and Sarah Verbeck came in fifth with a time of 1:14.93. 

Lauren Hendricks finished second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 28.98, followed by Sarah Czapp with a time of 29.89. Samantha Vos was seventh with a time of 32.17, and Ariana Fletter came in ninth with a time of 35.86.

Suzanna Fernandez was first in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:36.17, Colette Kearney came in fourth with a time of 3:08.14, and Britni Arrington was fifth with a time of 3:11.21. 

Abigail Carlson was first in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 3:11.55, MariKlaire Morrin Larkin finished second with a time of 3:12.73, and Erin Beaudry rounded out the top three with a time of 3:20.37. 

Suzanna Fernandez came in second in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:12.35, Erain Beaudry was fifth with a time of 1:20.31, and Britni Arrington finished sixth with a time of 1:43.35. 

Sarah Czapp was third in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:30.70, Colette Kearney was sixth with a time of 2:54.45, and Ariana Fletter finished eighth with a time of 3:05.48. 

Abigail Carlson led the pack for the Marlins in the 100 breaststroke with a second-place finish and a time of 1:29.24, MariKlaire Morris Larkin was third with a time of 1:31.92, Sarah Verbeck came in fifth with a time of1:39.28, and Kara Young was sixth with a time of 1:41.71. 

The 200 medley relay team made up of Sezanna Fernandez, Abigail Carlson, Samantha Vos, and Lauren Hendrick finished third with a time of 2:17.07. 

The quartet of Sarah Czapp, Abigail Carlson, Lauren Hendricks, and Samantha Vos was second in the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 4:30.57. 

Lora Young finished third in the 400 freestyle with a time of 5:16.93. 

Kara Young came in third in the 200 IM with a time of 3:24.12.
