The Virginia Wesleyan men's tennis team defeated the Lynchburg Hornets to begin the ODAC tournament at home. The match was played to a decision with the Marlins securing a 5-1 win.

The Marlins won 2 out of 3 doubles matches for an early lead. Hubert Parawa eased past his opponent with a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 2 singles. Jonas Juetz won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5. Clinching the match was Camden Perry at No. 6 singles with a 6-1, 6-2 victory.

Next up, the Marlins will face No. 1 seed Washington and Lee in Lexington, VA, on Saturday, April 29, in the ODAC Semifinals.
