RICHMOND, Virginia - Virginia Wesleyan University men's tennis team fell 7-0 to the University of Richmond on Friday afternoon at the Westhampton Tennis Complex.  This was the 2nd time in three years that the Marlins have faced off with the Spiders on the University of Richmond campus.

• At #1 doubles, Mitchell Perry and Felix Bevc were each broken once in competitive games, falling to Richmond's Daniel Kliebhan and Josh Keitelman 6-3

• Henry West and Anthony Wilson battle hard but fell short losing to Campbell Erwin and John Waslh, 6-2

• Connor Cummings and Michael Portera fell at the #3 spot 6-2

• Mitchell Perry faced off against the Spiders veteran #1 singles player falling 6-2, 6-1

• Anthony Wilson took two games in the 2nd set after dropping the first 6-0 at #2 singles
