HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Virginia - Despite three Marlins winning two events each, the men's swim team fell on the road to the Hampden-Sydney Tigers, with a score of 94-143.

A'Jay West won two individual events, taking first in the 200 meter freestyle in 2:09.61 and first in the 50 meter freestyle in 26.17.

Eddie McDonald also won two individual events with a 1:05.09 in the 100 meter freestyle and a 5:21.18 in the 400 meter freestyle.

Nathan Viricochea took first in the 200 meter breaststroke in 2:53.72 and first in the 400 meter IM with a 5:39.51.

The men will return to the pool in two weeks on Saturday, November 13 when they travel to the eastern shore of Maryland to compete against the Seagulls of Salisbury University. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1pm.
