Marlins Stay Unbeaten in ODAC Play with 7-2 Win over Eagles

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- The Virginia Wesleyan College men's tennis team improved to 4-0 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play and 9-5 overall with a 7-2 victory over visiting Bridgewater College at the Everett Tennis Center on Sunday afternoon.

VWC got out to a quick start with a sweep of all three doubles positions 8-4, 8-6, and 8-6 respectively.

In singles, the Marlins captured wins from No. 1 Graham Wilson, No. 2 Kenny Downing, No. 4 Drew Tomajczyk and No. 5 Tyler Chang.

The Marlins head west on Friday on a three-day road trip where they will visit Lynchburg College, Emory and Henry and Roanoke College.  First up will be a 3:30 match against Lynchburg on Friday.
