Wilson Breaks Career Singles Win Record

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Senior Graham Wilson has continued to add to his illustrious career with a senior season that has pushed him into the top spot on the Virginia Wesleyan College men's tennis singles victories leaderboard.

Wilson has won 66 of his 89 collegiate matches spanning fall and spring seasons, breaking the mark of 62 set by John Tomasheski, who played for the Marlins from 2000-03.

Graham started his career with a 23-6 first-year record before winning 16 games as a sophomore, followed by 12 as a junior.

Wilson is also approaching the career doubles record of 64 set by Jeff Zenisek from 2004-07. Graham currently has 63 doubles victories so a win in the match with Lynchburg College on Wednesday would tie the school record with an opportunity to break it on Saturday.
