I love the team, coach, and everything in between and beyond. Also, we used to camp at Virginia Beach and take our boat down to the water when I was younger, so there are little pieces of my childhood there."

• Has a brother, Richard Turski, a student at Columbus State University
• Enjoys listening to anything, depending on the mood, and spending vacation time in Paris
• A fan of soccer standout Alex Morgan, the Barcelona soccer club, the Cleveland Indians (baseball) and Browns (football), and actor Channing Tatum
• Favorites include the book "Oh, The Places You'll Go," the movie "She's the Man," and the TV series "Friends," "Ridiculous," and "Girl Code"

• My favorite aspect of being an athlete is: "the way it feels being on the field. There is nothing better than having the ability to play, the work ethic and the competition"
• The part of my game I've improved the most is: "everything with my left foot"
• My personal athletic goal at VWC is: "to start as a freshman, to step on the field with honor. I want to be on the national team, so that is my ultimate goal. I know VWC is the best choice and first step to meeting my dream!"
• If I could spend one day with a famous person from any time period it would be: "Alex Morgan, she is my inspiration. I have watched her play against Japan at the Crew Stadium (Columbus, Ohio), and it was the best experience in my life!"
• People might be surprised to know: "when I was little we used to roller blade in the basement.  I also used to cut my hair with silly scissors and I painted my Chocolate lab white and we had to shave her"
• It's the year 2030 and: "I want to be playing soccer for the National team and have been in the Olympics and World Cup. Then open my own veterinarian office at Lake Erie for large and small animals."
