Sophomore (2016-17): (Indoor) Ran the 200m and threw the shot put… Threw a distance of 25’ 6” in the ODAC Championship… (Outdoor) Competed in the shot put and javelin in the spring… Finished third in the javelin at the Commonwealth Duals with a length of 55’ 7”.

Before VWC: Member of the honor roll all four years at Washington & Lee High School… Earned the Sportsmanship Award for women’s basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Tyrone and Earline Washington… Has one sibling, Demetrice Samuels.
