Senior (2016-17): (Indoor) Competed in the 800m, mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m… Finished second in the 5,000m at the Captains Invitational & Combined with a time of 16:17.89… Ran a personal best of 8:47.55 in a seventh place finish in the 3,000m at the Vince Brown Invitational… (Outdoor) Ran the 1,500m, 3,000m, and 5,000m in the outdoor season… Ran a best of 4:18.32 in the 1,500m at the Commonwealth Duals.
Junior (2015-16): (Cross Country) Anchored the team as a junior... Earned All-ODAC honors for the first time with an 11th place finish, and a time of 26:36.7, at the ODAC Championship... Broke the tape in 27:29.5 in the South/Southeast Regional Meet on November 14... (Indoor) Ran the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m in the indoor season… Posted a best of 9:03.62 in the 3,000m at the Vince Brown Invite… Ran the mile in 4:39.59 at the Ken Taylor Invite to finish fourth… (Outdoor) Competed in the 1,500m, 10,000m, distance medley relay, and 5,000m in the spring… Ran the 5,000m in 15:41.77 at the New Captains Classic to finish second… Placed eighth in the 5,000m at the ODAC Championships.
Sophomore (2014-15): Set indoor and outdoor bests in four different events… Posted personal bests in the mile and 3000M indoors before topping his top mark in the 1500M and 5000M in the outdoor season.
Freshman (2013-14): Competed in all three seasons as a first-year… Set his career best with a sub-28 minute run at the NCAA Regional meet in November.
