Brianna Long of the Virginia Wesleyan University women's basketball team was named First Team All-Conference for her stellar performance this year. This is the first time since the 2018-19 season to be named First Team since VWU Hall of Famer Jayla Harris.

Brianna Long had a great year and led the Marlins in scoring, averaging 17.0 points per game (ranked fourth in the ODAC), led the league in field goal percentage at 59.8 percent from the field, and shot 65.6 percent from the free throw line. She was a force in the paint as she was second in the league in rebounds, totalling 328 this year to average 12.8 rebounds a game, with 132 being offensive rebounds. She also registered 12 assists, 48 steals, and 12 blocks.
