Marlins Power Past Gallaudet in Dominant 178–29 Victory

The Virginia Wesleyan men's team also earned a commanding victory, defeating Gallaudet 178–29.

The Marlins' "A" 200-yard medley relay of Mason Pifer, Cael Long, Tommy Saeger, and Brandon Temple opened the meet with a win in 1:44.40, while the "B" relay of Gavin Wehr, Brayden Canterbury, Jacen Fletter, and Reilly Shaffer finished second in 1:57.26.

In the 1000-yard freestyle, Logan Schohn finished first in 11:32.21 and Camden Holmes followed in second with 11:51.35.

Temple and Shaffer went one-two in the 200-yard freestyle with times of 1:58.82 and 2:01.38, respectively.

Pifer won the 50-yard backstroke in 27.49, and Wehr followed with a victory in the 50-yard breaststroke in 30.76 while Canterberry took second in 34.81.

Cael Long captured first in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 54.84, and Saeger dominated the 50-yard freestyle in 23.95, just ahead of Wehr (24.16), Shaffer (24.30), Holmes (26.11), and Schohn (26.35), who swept the top five places.

Temple then claimed another win in the 100-yard freestyle at 53.49, followed by Shaffer in second at 53.76 and Fletter in third at 1:02.52.

Pifer added his second win in the 100-yard backstroke with a 59.66 finish, and Canterbury earned first in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:15.33.

Schohn and Holmes went one-two again in the 500-yard freestyle, finishing in 5:33.33 and 5:38.07, respectively.

Saeger led another Marlin sweep in the 50-yard butterfly with a winning time of 25.60, followed by Wehr in 29.42 and Fletter in 29.91.

Long picked up his second individual win of the day in the 100-yard individual medley, touching first in 56.58.

Virginia Wesleyan closed the meet with another relay victory in the 200-yard freestyle. The "A" team of Temple, Pifer, Long, and Saeger took first with a time of 1:35.23, while the "B" relay of Schohn, Holmes, Fletter, and Canterberry earned second at 1:47.36.
