Box Score VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Wesleyan men's soccer team ended the match against the Randolph-Macon College Yellow Jackets in a one-one draw on Wednesday evening at the Tassos Paphites Soccer Complex in Virginia Beach, VA.

FIRST HALF
- The two teams battled back and forth the length of the pitch for the entire 45 minutes of the first half with neither team finding the back of the net for a goal.
- VWU held a slight advantage taking nine shots compared to R-MC's six shots.
SECOND HALF
- Both teams came out of the intermission with urgency in their play.
- The Marlins were the first team to strike in the 64th minute as freshman Ryan McAdams scored into the bottom left corner of the goal after dribbling the ball from behind the midfield line to the right corner of the goal box while fending off defenders. The goal was the first of McAdams collegiate career.
- Virginia Wesleyan held the lead for about 15 minutes before Randolph-Macon scored in the 80th minute following VWU going a man down in the 76th.
- VWU tried to break the draw in the final ten minutes with a couple of good looks on goal but not finding the go-ahead goal to claim the win.
