MOUNT OLIVE, North Carolina - Virginia Wesleyan wrapped up the regular season on Sunday afternoon at the University of Mount Olive track & field's Last Chance Qualifier event in Mount Olive, NC.
INSIDE THE RESULTS
Geni Roberts claimed third in the long jump with a jump of 7.01M. In the men's triple jump,
Michael Gatling finished 4th with a jump of 13.19M while
Shirell Washington jumped a 10.94M mark to claim first.
In the throws,
CJ Govan finished fifth in shot put and seventh in discus with marks of 13.97M and 42.85M.
Rounding out the day were the two hurdlers,
Landry Moffo and
Shirell Washington. Moffo in the men's 110M hurdle race ran a 15.08 time to finish 5th in the event. Washington finished 6th in the women's 100M hurdles running a 15.94 time in the race.
