Freshman (2017-18): Ran in five meets as a freshman… Posted a time of 29:12.3 in the Don Cathcart Invitational on September 30… Ran a time of 29:15.7 in the ODAC Preview Meet to finish ninth. 

Before VWU: Ran track and cross country at Howard High School… Captain of the cross country team… Received the Oldhouser Award, a cross country scholarship award… Scholar-athlete and honor roll.

Personal: The son of Michael and Michelle Harrington… Has two brothers, Justin and Kyle.
