Junior (2017-18): Appeared in four meets as a junior... Ran a time of 29:11.4 in the Don Cathcart Invitational on September 30... Finished 11th in the ODAC Preview Meet on September 1 with a time of 29:29.9.
Sophomore (2016-17): Raced in five meets as a sophomore... Ran a time of 31:39.6 on the 8K course at the Don Cathcart Invitational on October 1.
Freshman (2015-16): Ran in three 8K races and a 5K race on the season... Posted a time of 32:40 in the ODAC Preview Meet on September 11.
Before VWU: Team captain in high school… Received the Coaches’ Award in cross country and MVP in track… A/B honor roll each semester of high school career… Broke the 4x800m and 4x400m school records in indoor and outdoor track.
Personal: The son of Jerry and Jami Fry… Has five siblings.
