- "I made VWC my top choice because the atmosphere felt like home. It's a feeling you get when you know something is right. Also, meeting the women's soccer team and understanding their saying "Y.N.W.A.” (You'll Never Walk Alone) was something that meant a lot to me because I'm a big team player and believe in always helping someone"

- The most important advice I've received is: "just breathe. My parents have always given me the best advice, especially through high school. My sophomore year I lost a very close friend in a car accident and when I was lost and beaten down my parents were there for me and told me to just breathe. It may be simple, but in some of my hardest times that's what I think. Also, when I broke my leg at the end of my junior year it was tough and I told myself to just breathe. I recovered in 3.5 months from what should have been a six-month recovery"
