Omari DeVeaux of the Virginia Wesleyan University men's basketball team has collected multiple awards from the NABC, including: All-District Player of the Year, First Team All-District, and First Team All-American.

Previously, he was named ODAC Player of the Year, First Team All-Conference, and D3Hoops.com Second Team All-Region.

DeVeaux leads the team, scoring 21.2 points per game, ranking second in the conference, with a 47.2 field goal percentage (ninth in the ODAC), shooting 31.3 from beyond the arc, scoring a total of 572 points this season that puts him over the 1,500 point milestone. He had grabbed 124 rebounds, led the team with 73 assists, and had 28 steals on the season and seven blocks.
