The Virginia Wesleyan University men's basketball team had two members of their team named to the 2025-26 ODAC All-Conference team for their performance this season.
Omari DeVeaux was the headline as he was voted ODAC Player of the Year and named first team All-Conference, and teammate
Amari Moorer was selected to Second Team All-Conference.
These two have helped the Marlins to a 19-7 record 13-3 in the conference to capture the #2 in the ODAC Championship tournament.
DeVeaux leads the team, scoring 21.0 points per game, ranking second in the conference, with a 47.2 field goal percentage (ninth in the ODAC), shooting 30.9 from beyond the arc scoring a total of 546 points this season that puts him over the 1,500 point milestone. He had grabbed 119 rebounds, leads the team wtih 70 assists, and had 28 steals on the season and five blocks.
Amari Moorer was the Marlins' post threat as he is second on the team in scoring, averaging 14.5 points (ranked 10th in the ODAC), shooting 50.3 percent from the floor (ranked fourth in the ODAC), and shooting 33.3 percent from three-point territory. He totalled 377 points so far this season to put him in the 1,000 point club, was third in the conference in rebounds, averaging 7.3 rebounds per game, had 61 assists, 33 steals, and 27 blocks.
