The Old Dominion Athletic Conference announced the All-Conference softball teams by a vote of the conference coaches and Virginia Wesleyan University had Eight members named All-Conference. 

Led by their fearless leader Brandon Elliott, who was named Coach of the Year by the ODAC. He led the team to a 35-8 overall record and a 20-2 conference record with losses to Randolph-Macon and University of Lynchburg. VWU led the league in hits, doubles, triples, RBI, SLG%, OBP%, and stolen bases. The Marlins pitching held opponents to a .202 batting average, allowed the fewest hits, was tied for third in strikeouts, and has the second-best ERA at 1.91. 

Emma Adams was selected Pitcher of the Year by the ODAC and was First-Team All-Conference for her performance in the circle this season. During the 2024 season, she had the best record in the conference at 13-0, the lowest ERA at 0.93, allowed the least amount of hits and runs, and held opponents to a .179 batting average, the best in the ODAC. 

Virginia Wesleyan had three First Team honorees; Emma Adams, Mackenzie Myers, and Karley Beltran. Olivia Knight and Laci Campbell were named to the Second Team, and Julia Piotrowski and Joslyn Woodard were selected to Third Team. 

Mackenzie Myers led the lead in ODAC play with a .472 batting average, with 25 hits, was fourth in the league with 18 RBI, sixth in the conference with a .660 SLG%, and had 14 stolen bases. 

Karley Beltran had a .400 batting average in conference play, 28 hits, 11 RBI, a .471 SLG%, and stole a league-best 20 bases. 

Olivia Knight led the league with 25 RBI, with a .418 batting average, 23 hits with eight doubles, and three triples, and a .673 SLG%gue

Laci Campbell posted a .375 batting average, 24 hits, 17 RBI, scored 26 runs, a .500 SLG%, and stole 16 bases. 

Julia Piotrowski recorded a .304 batting average, 17 hits, 12 RBI, 16 stolen bases, and scored 13 runs. 

Joslyn Woodard registered a .444 batting average, 16 hits, 13 RBI, a .500 SLG%, and stole five bases.
