Men's Lacrosse Fell to Shenandoah

The Virginia Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team (5-7, 3-3 ODAC) was defeated 23-4 in conference play. 

Parker Lucas tallied two goals and caused one turnover, Mark Sprague had one goal with one ground ball, and Nick Owens had one goal. 

Mark Sprague scored the first goal of the contest to take a 1-0 lead. Shenandoah scored four goals to lead 4-1 at the end of the first quarter. 

The Hornets scored six goals to start the second quarter before Parker Lucas scored an unassisted goal to bring the score to 10-2. SU scored one more goal before half to lead 11-2. 

Shenandoah outscored Virginia Wesleyan 7-0 in the third quarter to lead 18-2 heading into the final frame. 

The Hornets had a 4-2 advantage in the fourth quarter with the two goals from VWU coming from Nick Owens and Parker Lucas
