The Ospreys scored the first three goals of the game, before
Gabriella Watton scored for the Marlins with an assist from
Helen Kennedy-Butler to bring the score to 3-1. Stockton scored two goals before the end of the quarter to increase the lead to 5-1.
Gianna Delevan scored to start the second quarter with an assist from
Daphne Myers to cut the lead to 5-2. Stockton scored one goal to lead 6-2, but Kennedy-Butler scored a free position shot to cut the score to 6-3. The Osprey scored three more goals before halftime to lead 9-3 at the break.
Stockton outscored the Marlins 4-0 in the third quarter to lead 13-3. The Osprey scored three goals in the fourth quarter to lead 16-3, then
Helen Kennedy-Butler scored a goal with an assist from
Breanna Gable to bring the score to 16-4.
