WINCHESTER, Virginia - The Virginia Wesleyan men's tennis team picked up a 9-0 decision on the road in in an ODAC match up on Saturday afternoon in Winchester, VA.
INSIDE THE RESULTS
- Action began with the doubles teams going against each other with VWU claiming all three bouts.
- Felix Bevc and Mitchell Perry paired up at No. 1 doubles and claimed an 8-5 victory.
- Timothy Tep and Cam Perry played together at No. 2, while Francis Cabbadu and Henry West matched up at No. 3 doubles with both duos winning their respective matches 8-1.
- Moving in to singles action, the Marlins claimed all six singles bouts to win the match 9-0.
- Felix Bevx returned to the No. 1 singles spot picking up a 6-4, 6-4 win.
- Mitchell Perry won at No. 2 with a 6-3, 6-3 decision.
- Tim Tep won 6-0, 6-2 giving up just two games to his opponent at No. 3 singles.
- Francis Cabbadu gave up just one game to win 6-1. 6-0 while playing at No. 4 singles.
- Henry West and Cam Perry, who played in the No. 5 and 6 spots respectively, both won their matches 6-0, 6-0 not relinquishing a game to their opponents.
