Rachel Wilson joined the Virginia Wesleyan University Athletics Staff as the assistant women's soccer coach in December 2024, she is entering her second season with the Marlins Women's Soccer program.
Wilson graduated from Virginia Wesleyan, Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Recreational Therapy. She had a successful four-year career from 2020-2024. The Orange County, CA native was an outstanding midfielder for the Marlins. At VWU she won two ODAC Tournament Championships, a final four appearance, and a sweet sixteen appearance, and was named captain in her junior and senior year.
