Patrick Corbett was named to the Virginia Wesleyan University women’s soccer staff in February 2018.

Corbett spent the 2017 season as an assistant coach at Dickinson College for the women's program, where he was heavily involved in every aspect of the program. The team produced two All-Centennial Conference players and finished the season 11-5-1.

Before Dickinson, he spent the 2015 and 2016 seasons as the head coach of men’s soccer at CCBC-Catonsville and previously served as the head coach of the women’s program in 2012 and 2013. During his tenure, he produced a combined six All-Conference selections and had nine players named All-Region.

The Columbia, Md. native coached for Thunder Soccer Club (TSC) 2007 to 2014 and coached for Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC) from 2014-2017. 

Corbett played at Howard Community College during the 2006 and 2007 seasons, and captained the team in 2007. He earned his Associate of Arts degree in 2008 and then attended University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) from 2010-2012, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012. He holds his United States Soccer Federation National ‘C’ license.
