Mike Hairston

Mike Hairston joined the VWU Women's Lacrosse coaching staff in the fall of 2021. 

During the 2022 season, Hairston helped the Marlins to a 8-9 record and a 4-3 ODAC mark. The Marlins advanced to the ODAC Championship tournament facing Lynchburg in the quarterfinals.
