Kinnard joined the Virginia Wesleyan University women's basketball coaches staff in the summer of 2024, this will be her first season with the Marlins.
She comes to VWU after receiving her Master of Business Administration from Longwood University while also being the Longwood University Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant.
Before her time at Longwood, she was a four-year member of the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville women's Basketball team. At Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Public Health.
During her time at SIUE, Kinnard was the 28th player in program history to hit 1,000 points, was a regular on the Dean's List and OVC Commissioners honor roll.
