Senior (2016-17): Ran in four meets as a senior... Posted a time of 17:03.5 in the 4K course at the ODAC Preview Meet on September 9, finishing 17th in the field... Posted a season-best in a 6K course at the Don Cathcart Invitational, breaking the tape in a time of 24:58.1... Finished 28th in the ODAC Championships with a time of 25:17.2.
Junior (2015-16): Competed in three meets on the year... Ran a time of 28:18.3 in the South/Southeast Regional Preview Meet on October 17.
Sophomore (2014-15): (Indoor) Served as a distance runner in indoor and outdoor track… Did the mile and 3,000m as a sophomore… Posted a 6:42.09 in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open... (Outdoor) Focused on the 5,000m in the outdoor season… Ran a 22:29.19 at the Dr. Harry Jopson Track and Field Invite to finish 13th in late March.
Freshman (2013-14): (Indoor) Won the 3,000m at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational with a personal-best of 12:32.16… Placed 12thin the 5,000m at the ODAC Indoor Championships with a mark of 21:22.83… (Outdoor) Ran a time of 22:09.93 in the 5,000m at the ODAC Outdoor Championships.
