2010

• Began racing mid-season after recovering from preseason injury

• Named to the national All-Academic team selected by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association
• Placed 23rd in the NCAA South/Southeast Regional (27:20.1)
• Old Dominion Athletic Conference/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete in indoor track

2012

• Placed 1st in a filed of 61 runners at York College's Achtzehn Classic in a time of 27:20.06, finishing in front of his brother, Jason, a graduate of the University of Mary Washington, who placed second in a time of 27:20.26
• Selected as the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC)/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete Award for cross country

• My favorite aspect of being an athlete is: "having the gratification of finishing a race."
• My personal athletic goal at VWC is: "to make the National Cross Country meet."
• If I could spend one day with a famous person from any time period it would be: "Track and field star Roger Bannister, beacause he was the first runner who recorded a mile in less than 4 minutes."
• If I could possess one superpower it would be: "teleportation.  I would never have to drive in any traffic jams again."
• People might be suprised to know: "I am a Grade 8 USSF certified soccer referee."
• It's the year 2025 and : "I am living in D.C. working with the government on research for the next major scientific discovery."
