Senior (2016-17): Ran in five meets as a senior... Posted a season best of 26:49.3 in the 8K race at the ODAC Championship on October 29, finishing ninth in the meet to earn All-ODAC accolades... Finished eighth at the ODAC Preview Meet on September 9 with a time of 28:17.3.
Junior (2015-16): Anchored the team as a junior... Earned All-ODAC honors for the first time with an 11th place finish, and a time of 26:36.7, at the ODAC Championship... Broke the tape in 27:29.5 in the South/Southeast Regional Meet on November 14.
Sophomore (2014-15): Set indoor and outdoor bests in four different events… Posted personal bests in the mile and 3000M indoors before topping his top mark in the 1500M and 5000M in the outdoor season.
Freshman (2013-14): Competed in all three seasons as a first-year… Set his career best with a sub-28 minute run at the NCAA Regional meet in November.
