Junior (2016-17): Raced in four meets as a junior... Ran a time of 30:33.3 in the 8K race at the ODAC Championship on October 29.
Sophomore (2015-16): Set a personal best on the year with a time of 29:26.3 in the ODAC Championship on October 31.
Freshman (2014-15): Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track… Set his 8K best at the NCAA South Regional… Placed ninth in the 4x4 relay at the Vince Brown Invitational.
Academic Accomplishments: VWC Scholar
Before VWC: Competed in cross country, indoor track and soccer… Two-time all-district honoree in cross country and soccer… Posted a 2013 season-best 5K time of 19:42 to place eighth in the Virginia High School League's Group 2A Conference 39 championship race… Recorded a career best 5K time of 18:19.60 in the Southwest District championship race in 2012 to place fifth overall.
