• Three-time All-Beach District honoree in cross country andtrack and field; 2006 All-Eastern Region in cross country
• Placed third in the 2006 Beach District championship crosscountry meet with a time of 16:31.44, breaking the existing courserecord of 16:32.95; placed in the top 50 in the Beach Districtchampionship race for four consecutive years
• Ranked as one of the top 10 cross country runners by theVirginian Pilot prior to the 2006 season
