The Virginia Wesleyan University men's soccer team (4-1) secured a 3-0 win for their fourth win of the season against the Royals of Regent University.
Gio Zizza led the team with two assists.

The Marlins' offense took control of the game early but did not secure a goal until the 24th minute of play when Gio Zizza received a pass from Elan Mejia down the right side of the net who passed it across the box to the goal scorer

Gio Zizza continued his precise play as he struck a clean corner kick to
Zach Bittler, who headed the ball into the net past the Royals' goalie in the 60th minute of play.
The third and final goal for the Marlins was scored by Dani Romero as he curled the ball past the defenders and into the top left corner of the net a pass.
The Marlins defense allowed only one shot on goal by the Royals to Secure their second clean sheet of the season.
