The Marlins traveled to Winchester, Virginia, to face the Hornets of Shenandoah University. Christine Zalameda and Grace McGhee sealed the lone victory for the Marlins at No. 2 doubles by a score of 8-5. 

Christine Zalameda battled hard at the top singles spot, falling to Jahveesha Combs 2-6, 5-7. Maya Brown came close at No. 4 singles losing, 5-7, 5-7 to Lily Kimble.

Next up, the Marlins will face Ferrum College.
