BT Pham begins his first season with the Cross Country/Track & Field program in the 2025-26 season.
Pham joins the Marlins after a standout season at Muhlenberg College, where he served as the Assistant Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field. There, he coached an NCAA National Qualifier in the 60-meter hurdles and helped guide athletes to multiple Centennial Conference championships, meet records, and school records. He also played a key role in managing team operations and strength programming for all event groups.
Before Muhlenberg, Pham held head coaching roles at Capital University and William Peace University, where his leadership sparked significant program growth, both competitively and organizationally. At Capital, Pham was named the 2023 Indoor Women's Coaching Staff of the Year and led the program to set 15 school records, crown two OAC Champions, and produce multiple All-Region and All-Academic honorees. He also significantly expanded the program's roster from 17 to 75 student-athletes while generating $60,000 annually through fundraising initiatives.
At William Peace, he guided athletes to 17 school records and earned three USA South Performance of the Week honors. His coaching also led to eight USTFCCCA All-Academic awards and expanded the program roster by 200% in just two years.
Pham began his collegiate coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Milligan University, where he contributed to two NAIA national champions, a national record in the 60-meter hurdles, and seven national qualifiers.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Piedmont College and a bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management and Marketing from Concordia University Wisconsin.
