2025: Competed in six meets during the cross country season, opening the year with a personal-best 4K time of 16:09.1. Recorded a personal-best 5K time of 19:37.7 at the VSU Cross Country Challenge, finishing second overall and earning ODAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors. Zar continued to improve throughout the season, placing 16th at the ODAC Cross Country Championships to earn Third Team All-ODAC recognition. Closed the season at the NCAA Division III South Region Cross Country Championships, where she placed 35th and recorded a personal-best 6K time of 23:23.4, earning All-Region recognition.
